Commercial & Facility Maintenance — Custom Estimates
Maintenance and repair solutions for property managers, apartment communities, and commercial facilities. Individual service requests and ongoing maintenance arrangements are available.

SERVICE PRICING INFORMATION
SERVICE PRICING INFORMATION Standard service rates include up to 90 minutes of labor for qualifying routine repairs. Additional labor is billed at $35 per 30-minute increment. Materials, replacement parts, and additional repairs are priced separately. Certain services, including toilet replacements and more extensive repairs, have their own flat-rate or custom pricing. Additional work will be quoted for customer approval before proceeding.
